Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení energetické náročnosti bytového domu v Ostravě před a po rekonstrukci. V teoretické části A se zabývá základními pojmy energetické náročnosti budov a vztahem mezi nimi. Ve výpočtové části B je představeno porovnání energetické potřeby a energetické hodnocení budovy ve stavu před a po rekonstrukci. Posouzení je provedeno pomocí průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy (PENB). V rámci posudku jsou navrženy úsporná opatření na současný stav objektu po rekonstrukci. Výsledkem jsou tři průkazy energetické náročnosti, které jsou umístěny do části C. In the bachelor thesis, the author focuses on the evaluation of an apartment building's energy efficiency in Ostrava before and after its reconstruction. In the theoretical part (A), the basic concepts of energy performance of buildings and the relationships between them are presented. In the calculation part (B), the comparison of the energy needs and an energy evaluation of the building before and after its reconstruction is provided. The assessment is performed by an energy performance certificate (PENB). Its part is the proposal of cost-saving measures for the current state of the building after reconstruction. The results consist of the three energy performance certificates presented in the part C.
