Práce se zaobírá návrhem optimalizace firemního e-shopu z hlediska uživatelského prožitku (UX), přístupnosti a také optimalizací procesů v informačním systému nutných k odbavení objednávky. Cílem práce je navrhnout a vytvořit produkt, který díky své efektivitě zajistí návratnost investice, sníží náklady na údržbu a současně se stane komfortnější pro zákazníka. The Thesis focuses on the design of optimization of corporate e-shop in terms of user experience and accessibility, and in terms of processes necessary for order execution. The aim of this work is to design and create a product, which ensures a return on investment due to its efficiency, and reduces maintenance costs and becomes more comfortable for the customer.
