Bakalářská práce usiluje o nalezení řešení s cílem, co nejlépe uspokojit zákazníky Technického muzea v Brně. Počáteční část popisuje teoretická východiska, která obsahují související pojmy. V druhé části je představena společnost, jsou provedeny analýzy jejího marketingového prostředí a vlastní průzkum. Závěrečná část obsahuje doporučení a potencionální řešení, která společnost může provést pro zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků. The bachelor thesis is to endeavour to find a solution in order to best satisfy the customers of the Technical Museum in Brno. The initial phase includes theoretical elements which are covering the related terms. The second phase introduces the company with an in depth analysis of its current marketing strategies and my own reasearch. The final phase is a recommendation and potential solutions the company can implement, based on an applied analysis on how to increase customer satisfaction.
