Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit velikost a rozložení montážních deformací bloku motoru při rozdílném statickém zatěžovaní. Práce je zaměřena především na deformačně-napjatostní analýzu bloku s vložkou při rozdílném postupu dotahování šroubů v hlavě válců a velikosti momentu utažení. Výpočet a vyhodnocení řešení daného problému je provedeno metodou konečných prvků na základě znalostí programu ANSYS. Rovněž se v práci zabývám metodami diagnostiky pro možné zjištění deformací bloku motoru. Size and distribution of mount deformation are the main topics discussed in this thesis, using different static loading. The thesis’ primary focus is to show how deformation and stress of the engine block with cylinder liner are affected in the assembly order of the cylinder head. The calculation and evaluation of the solution are calculated by using method finite element, software Ansys. In addition other methods are discussed which can also measure the deformation of the engine block.
