Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování návrhu projektu na zavedení nové výroby v podniku a to včetně uvedení vyrobených produktů na trh. Detailně provedenému návrhu předchází teoretická východiska práce a adekvátní analýza trhu i spolupracující firmy, pro niž je vyhotovení tohoto projektu určeno. Pro sestavení konceptu nové výroby byla využita metodologie projektového managementu, konkrétně standardu IPMA. The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a project proposal for the intro-duction of new production in the company, including placing manufactured products on the market. Beyond the theoretical bases, the fully designed proposal is preceded by an adequate market analysis and an analysis of the selected company which the project is being prepared for. The project management methodology, namely the IPMA standard, was used to build the concept of the new production.
