Diplomová práce vymezuje základní pojmy v oblasti marketingu, marketingového výzkumu a dále základní pojmy z realitního trhu. Cílem práce je analyzovat realitní trh a zjistit aspekty rozhodovacího procesu volby realitní kanceláře. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou zpracovány doporučení pro zlepšení firmy. Master´s thesis defines the basic concepts in marketing, marketing research, and basic concepts of the real estate market. The aim of work is to analyze the Real Estate market and determine aspects of the decision-making process of choosing Real Estate agents. Based on the information is processed recommendations for improvement company.
