Cílem práce je simulovat neshodnosti různých modelů tranzistorů a vytvořit metodologii, která umožní co nejpřesněji zhodnotit a porovnat výsledky měření a simulací s teoretickým základem. Výsledkem práce bude zhodnocení přesnosti modelování neshodnosti pro různé modely tranzistoru a porovnání jednotlivých modelů mezi sebou. This work maps mismatch modeling for CMOS transistor in strong and weak inversion region. The goal is to build sufficient theoretical background describing origins of mismatch during manufacturing and its modeling and find suitable methodology, which will enable to compare 7 selected models of transistor, which was simulated.
