Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozvoj obchodních aktivit společnosti Ponder a.s., jejíž hlavní náplní je provoz wellness centra 4Comfort. Obsahuje návrh rozvoje obchodních aktivit vedoucí ke zvýšení příjmů v letním období a současně napomáhá snížit výkyvy tržeb, které se vprůběhu roku vyskytují. Návrh je realizován pomocí rozšíření obchodního modelu. The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of business activities of the company Ponder a.s., whose main aktivity is the operation of the 4Comfort wellness center. It contains a proposal for the development of business activities leading to an increase in income in the summer and at the same time helps to reduce fluctuations in sales that occur during the year. The proposal is implemented by extending the business model.
