Předmětem diplomové práce je projektová dokumentace wellness centra pro provedení stavby. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh dispozičního, konstrukčního a materiálového řešení objektu. Wellness centrum má 3 nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepené. Stavba je umístěna do mírného svahu a je stylizována do tvaru vlny. Objekt bude plnit funkci občanské vybavenosti – návštěvníkům zde bude k dispozici wellness, tři bazény a prostor pro zájmové činnosti. The subject of this thesis is a design documentation for construction of a wellness centre. The main goals include creating structural and material solutions or designing a layout. The designed wellness centre is a building of 3 above-ground floors, which also has a basement. It is situated in a mild slope and shaped into a wave. The building will have a role of a local amenity, providing its visitors a wellness, 3 pools and a space for leisure activities.
