Diplomová práce se věnuje zjištění procentuálního vztahu mezi inzerovaným nájemným a inzerovanou cenou komerčních pozemků ve vybraných městech. The thesis is devoted to finding the percentage relationship between the advertised rent and the advertised price of commercial land in selected cities.
