Tato bakalářská práce řeší optimalizaci materiálového toku na lisovacích linkách ve firmě Siemens Electric Machines s.r.o. Práce nejprve popisuje teorii materiálové toku spolu s metodou Kanban. Následně Bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku materiálového toku, s kterou se firma potýkala. V dalších kapitolách práce obsahuje obecné zadání a požadavky na optimalizaci požadované vedením společnosti a navržená řešení pro možné optimalizace materiálového toku ve firmě. V dalších bodech bakalářská práce řeší realizaci vybrané varianty, pro kterou se firma Siemens Electric Machines rozhodla a cenové náklady s realizací spojené. This thesis deals the optimalization flow of material in the press lines in company Siemens Electric Machines s.r.o. The thesis begins with theory of the flow of material and the Kanban method. After that thesis describe the issues which the company contend. In the next chapters the thesis The work contains general requirements for the assignment and optimization required by management and proposed possible solutions for optimizing material flow in the company. In the following chapters thesis solve the realisation of the chosen variant, for which Siemens Electric Machines to decided and the costs associated with implementation.
