Diplomová práce se zabývá úpravou rychloupínacího zařízení prosévací lopaty Allu SC 3-20 tak, aby se zefektivnilo jak nabírání materiálu do lžíce, tak i samotné prosévání. Pomocí simulační metody v programu Adams je zjištěn průběh sil při nabírání materiálu původním zavěšením. Jsou zde odhaleny nedokonalosti původního zavěšení a návrh výhodnějšího zavěšení. Nový tvar rychloupínacího mechanismu je navržen v modeláři Catia a v programu I-Deas je provedena závěrečná pevnostní kontrola dílů nově navrženého mechanismu. Na závěr jsou obě varianty porovnány z hlediska nabírání materiálu, prosévání materiálu, složitosti konstrukce a nutných omezujících kritérií. This thesis deals with the adjustment of quit camping equipment for application on screener crusher bucket Allu SC 3-20 in order to streamline both digging into the bucket, and the actual screening. Using simulation methods in the Adams programme, forces are detected for the digging with the original suspension. Imperfections are revealed for the current full suspension and suggestions made for the new proposedsuspension. The new shape quick release mechanism is designed in CATIA modeler and the I-Deas programme provides final strength control of parts for the proposed mechanism. Finally, both variants are coMPared in terms of digging, sifting the material complexity of the design and the necessary restrictive criteria.
