Bakalářská práce se zaobírá implementováním CRM systému pro neziskovou organizaci. Informuje o existujících CRM platformách a porovnává jejich silné a slabé stránky. Tvorba CRM systému začíná identifikací uživatelských potřeb a požadavků klienta. Po provedené analýze požadavků se vytvoří návrhy v jazyce UML, na jejichž základě je celý systém postaven. Po schválení návrhů je projekt vytvořen, důkladně otestován a uveden do provozu. V závěru předložené práce jsou výsledky zhodnoceny a navrženy další možnosti vývoje projektu. The bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of a CRM system for a non-profit organization. It provides an introduction to existing CRM platforms and compares their strengths and weaknesses. The implementation of the system begins with the identification of the client's requirements and user stories. Then the requirements are analyzed and designs are created using the UML methods. Once the designs are approved, the project is implemented and tested. Finally, the thesis evaluates the results and suggests further options for the project development.
