Předmětem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby bytového domu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Novostavba samostatně stojícího bytového domu bude umístěna na východní okrajové části města Brna na p.č. 5014/4 v k.ú. Líšeň. Jedná se o čtyřpodlažní, plně podsklepený bytový dům, jehož první a poslední nadzemní podlaží je odlišné od druhého a třetího nadzemního podlaží. V suterénu se nacházejí pouze společné prostory domu. V nadzemních podlaží tvoří převážnou část plochy těchto podlaží jednotlivé byty, zbytek plochy je tvořen společnými prostory. Bytový dům bude sloužit pro bydlení 56 osob a bude tvořit čtrnáct bytových jednotek o velikosti 3+KK, které budou vzájemně odděleny. Přístup do jednotlivých bytových jednotek je umožněn pouze přes společné prostory jako jsou společné chodby a schodiště. Navržený konstrukční systém je stěnový se ztužujícím jádrem. Dům má plochou jednoplášťovou vegetační střechu s extenzivní zelení, která je ohraničená atikou. Nosné obvodové suterénní stěny jsou tvořeny z železobetonu stejně jako ztužující jádro objektu, který slouží jako výtahová šachta nebo jako vodorovné nosné stropní konstrukce. Nosné zdivo v nadzemních podlaží je tvořeno z vápenopískových tvárnic. Nenosné zdivo je zhotoveno z vápenopískových a pórobetonových tvárnic. Stavba je založena na základových pasech z prostého betonu a železobetonu. Objekt bude kontaktně zateplen fasádními tepelněizolačními deskami EPS. Materiál splňuje požadavky na ETICS. Zateplená fasáda je navržena smetanově bílé a prachovitě šedé barvy, sokl bude tvořen marmolitem. Klempířské prvky jsou navrženy z lakovaného pozinkovaného plechu šedé barvy. Rámy venkovních otvorů mají antracitovou barvu.
The subject of this bachelor thesis was the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The new building of a detached house will be located on the eastern outskirts of the city of Brno on plot no. 5014/4 in Líšeň district. It is a four-storey, fully basement apartment building, the first and last above-ground floors are different from the second and thirt above-ground floors. In the basement there are only common areas of the house. In the above-ground floors, the majority of the area of these floors consists of individual apartments, the rest of the area consists of common areas. The apartment building will serve for the housing of 56 people and will consist of fourteen residental units of size 3 + KK, which will be separated from each other. Access to individual housing units is possible only through common areas such as common corridors and staircases. The proposed construction system is a wall with a stiffening core. The house has a flat single-skin vegetation roof with extensive greenery, which is bordered by an attic. The load-bearing peripheral basement walls are made of reinforced concrete as well as the stiffening core of the building, which serves as an elevator shaft or as a horizontal load-bearing ceiling structure. The load-bearing masonry in the above-ground floors is made of sand-lime blocks. Non-load-bearing masonry is made of lime-sand and aerated concrete blocks. The construction is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and reinforced concrete. The building will be contact insulated with EPS facade thermal insulation boards. The material meets the requirements of ETICS. The insulated facade is designed in a creamy white and dusty gray color, the plinth will be made of marble. The plumbing elements are designed from galvanized sheet metal of gray color. The frames of the exterior openings have an anthracite colour.
