Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu ekonomické krize na cenu veřejných stavebních investic. Cílem je analýza vývoje cen veřejných stavebních investic v období krize a před ní. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku ekonomické krize, veřejných stavebních investic a cenové tvorby. V praktické části je řešena analýza založená na vývoji cen jednotlivých zakázek, vývoji cenových ukazatelů společnosti RTS a vývoji objemu veřejných stavebních zakázek. This work deals with the impact of the economic crisis on the cost of public construction investment. The aim is to analyze the evolution of prices of public construction investment during the crisis and before. The theoretical part describes the economic crisis, public construction investment and pricing. In the practical part is the analysis based on the development of individual contracts, development of price indices RTS company and changes in the volume of public construction contracts.
