Tato práce se zabývá analýzou součastného stavu firmy P. R. Trans, zhodnocením situace a návrhem efektivnějšího systému odměňování. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů odměňování, hodnocení, mzda, motivace a jejich vzájemných vztahů. V druhé části je představena firma P. R. Trans, hlavně se zaměřuji na její personální činnost, systém odměňování a pracovní motivace. Výsledkem je návrh nového motivačního programu. This thesis deals with analyzing the actual state of company P. R. Trans, analyzing the situation and and proposes a more efficient system of remuneration. The first part is focused on clarification of the notions of reward, evaluation, wages, motivation, and their mutual relations. The second part presents company P. R. Trans, mainly focusing on its personnel policy, and its systems of remuneration and motivation. Finally, a proposal for a new incentive program is offered.
