Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na charakterizaci vlastností organických materiálů s vlastnostmi polovodičů a to z hlediska jejich potencionálního využití v bioelektronických aplikacích. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši na téma základní charakteristiky organických materiálů pro organickou elektroniku a bioelektroniku. Jsou zde popsány jak základní struktury a obecné vlastnosti látek vhodných pro využití v bioelektronických aplikacích, tak základní principy zařízení pro bioelektronické aplikace a jejich využití. Praktická část zahrnuje přípravu tenkých vrstev ze dvou typů látek: na bázi polymerů (Poly(3-hexylthiofen-2,5-diyl) a Poly(3,4-ethylendioxythiofen):poly(styren sulfonová kyselina)), a na bázi nízkomolekulárních organických látek (Diketopyrrolopyrrol a 6,13-Bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl)pentacen) První část experimentu je zaměřena na charakterizaci vlastností použitých látek. Druhá část zkoumá biokompatibilitu v rámci reakce s mikroorganismy. This bachelor thesis focuses on the characterization of organic materials with semiconductor properties in terms of their potential use in bioelectornic applications. The theoretical part is summarizing the basic characteristics of organic materials for organic electronics and bioelectronic. There are mentioned basic structures and general properties of relevant substances. This part of the thesis also describes the basic principles of devices for bioelectronic applications and its use. Practical part includes preparation of thin films of two types substances: on the basis of low-molecular organic substances (6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl) pentacene and diketopyrrolopyrrole) and another based on polymers (Poly (3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) and Poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly (styrene sulfonic acid) and). The first part of the experiment is focused on the characterization of the properties of used substances. The second part examines microbial biocompatibility
