Galerie architektury, designu a moderního umění je situována na nároží, čímž se stává exponovaným prvkem a dominantou nároží. Vznik nové instituce je impulzem pro přísun lidí. To je nutno vzít v potaz. a zkultivovat okolní prostředí. Rozšíření pěší zóny a odklon dopravy na velký městský okruh by naprosto jednoduchám a radikálním zákrokem pomohli souč. situaci. Hmota je členěna do různých částí a tvarů determinována jeho funkcí respektující okolní zástavu, provoz a jeho obyvatelstvo.
