Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou separace artefaktů v medicínských obrazových dat ze zdrojů magnetické rezonance a počítačové tomografie. Dále popisuje návrh a implementaci aplikace, demonstrující zvolené řešení, využívající vektorovou Subdivision plochu, pro potřeby ruční segmentace. This thesis deals with the separation of artifacts in medical image data from sources of magnetic resonance imaging and computerized tomography. It also describes the design and implementation of applications demonstrating the use of the chosen solution, using a vector Subdivision surface, the need for manual segmentation.
