Bakalářská práce se věnuje přípravě a realizaci stavebně technického průzkumu bývalé budovy radnice v Litomyšli. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vlastnosti zdiva, vlastnosti dřeva a metody potřebné pro jejich stanovení. Praktická část se věnuje návrhu, provedení a vyhodnocení stavebně technického průzkumu. V závěru bakalářská práce stanovuje na základě provedených zkoušek materiálové charakteristiky vyšetřovaných prvků, přesně určuje skladby stropů a hodnotí stav dřevěných konstrukcí. The bachelor's thesis covers preparation and implementation of structural-technic survey of a former town hall building of city Litomyšl. The theoretical part focuses on properties of masonry, properties of timber and methods essential for their appraisal. The practical part deals with planning, performing and assessment of structural-technic survey. In conclusion the bachelor's thesis determines material characteristics based on performed exams, determines composition of ceilings and appraises conditions of timber structures.
