Praha, 2023 Abstrakt Východiska - Se vznikem nové koncepce Dětské a dorostové adiktologie a Doporučených klinických postupů v adiktologii se objevuje potřeba popisu cílové populace dětí a mladistvých s duálními diagnózami. Přestože je tato problematika dobře popsána v dospělé populaci, u dětské populace je opora v tuzemské odborné literatuře nedostatečná. Cíle - Cílem studie je zjistit prevalenci duálních diagnóz u pacientů Ambulance dětské a dorostové adiktologie Kliniky adiktologie 1. LF UK a VFN v Praze. Dalším cílem je zjistit, zda a jaké vztahy existují mezi typem užívané návykové látky či mezi nelátkovou závislostí a dalšími duševními onemocněními. Třetím hlavním cílem je objasnit vztahy mezi demografickými a dalšími údaji poskytovanými rodiči pacientů ambulance a výskytem duální diagnózy u pacientů. Although this issue is well described in the adult population, there is insufficient support in the czech literature for the pediatric population.
