Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení techniky bekhendu v tenise. Bekhend je jednou z klíčových dovedností v tomto sportu a přesné hodnocení této techniky je nezbytné pro dosažení úspěchu na profesionální úrovni. Cílem tohoto hodnocení je analyzovat a posoudit různé aspekty bekhendové techniky, včetně základních prvků a efektivity. Hodnocení začíná analýzou základních prvků bekhendu. Zahrnuje správný postoj hráče, správné postavení nohou, správnou pozici ruky a přesný pohyb paže. Tyto základní prvky jsou klíčové pro stabilitu, kontrolu a sílu bekhendového úderu. Další část hodnocení se zabývá biomechanikou bekhendového úderu. Studuje se pohyb hráčovy paže, ramene a trupu, a jak tyto faktory ovlivňují výkon bekhendu. Důkladná analýza biomechaniky umožňuje identifikovat případné chyby v technice hráče a navrhnout zlepšení. Efektivita bekhendové techniky je dalším klíčovým aspektem hodnocení. Zohledňují se faktory jako síla úderu, kontrola, rotace míče a přesnost. Tyto faktory mají vliv na to, jak hráč zvládne bekhendové situace během zápasu a jak efektivně může reagovat na soupeřovy údery. Samostatně je hodnocen jednoruční a obouruční bekhend i jejich specifické charakteristiky a v závěru bakalářské práce jsou prezentovány závěry a doporučení pro zlepšení bekhendové techniky. The backhand is one of the key skills in this sport and an accurate evaluation of this technique is essential to achieve success at the professional level. The aim of this evaluation is to analyse and assess various aspects of backhand technique, including fundamental elements, biomechanics and effectiveness. The evaluation begins with an analysis of the basic elements of backhand technique. This includes correct player stance, correct foot placement, correct hand position and accurate arm movement. These basic elements are key to the stability, control and power of the backhand stroke. The next part of the assessment deals with the biomechanics of the backhand stroke. The movement of the player's arm, shoulder and trunk are studied and how these factors affect the performance of the backhand. A thorough analysis of the biomechanics allows the identification of any errors in the player's technique and suggests improvements. The effectiveness of the backhand technique is another key aspect of the evaluation. Factors such as hitting power, control, ball rotation and accuracy are taken into account.
