Tato práce se věnuje zavedení nového předmětu Výchova ke komunikaci na prvním stupni konkrétní základní školy. Předmět je zaměřen na sociální rozvoj dětí skrze témata primární Cílem práce je rozkrýt potřebu změny preventivních programů, popsat souvislosti mezi stranami zainteresovanými do této změny, a tuto změnu vyhodnotit. Pro tento výzkum byli zvoleni respondenti zastupující jednotlivé ročníky prvního stupně, kteří absolvovali příslušné školení a začali s výukou nového předmětu, dále ředitel školy a bývalý metodik prevence. Data získané z polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů s pedagogy, ředitelem a metodikem prevence, byla kódovaná a vyhodnocená krátkým shrnutím a tabulkou. Změna byla vyhodnocena také po pozorování jednotlivých tříd ve výuce. Výzkum ukázal, že prvotně změna potřeby učitelů ovlivnit svůj rozvrh a trávit více času s dětmi ve svojí kmenové třídě. Ukázalo se také, že na prvním stupni chybí učitelům třídnická hodina a mají výhrady vůči množství volitelných předmětů, kterými se škola profilovala. Pedagogové na počátku hledali možnosti, jak ovlivnit rozvrh a volitelné předměty ve škole právě v oblasti třídnictví. Až výrazná nespokojenost pedagogů s erními programy primární prevence potom učitele vedla právě k tomuto tématu. Předmět Výchova ke komunikaci byl zařazen do výuky hned jak získal... This work deals with the introduction of a new subject Education for communication at the first stage of a particular primary school. The course is focused on the social development of children through the topics of primary prevention.The aim of the thesis is to reveal the need for a change in prevention programs, to describe the connections between the parties involved in this change, and to evaluate this change. For this research, respondents representing individual grades of the first grade, who completed the relevant training and started teaching a new subject, as well as the school principal and prevention methodologists, were elected. The data obtained from semi-structured in-depth interviews with educators, the director and the prevention methodologist were coded and evaluated by a short summary and table. The change was evaluated after observing the individual classes in the classroom. Research has shown that the change initially arose from the need for teachers to influence their schedule and spend more time with children in their tribal class. It also turned out that in the first grade, teachers lack a classroom class and have reservations about the number of optional subjects that the school has profiled.
