Bakalářská práce s názvem "Pracovní úrazy sester v perioperační péči" řeší problematiku bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci perioperačních sester. Prostředí operačních sálů je velmi specifické a perioperační sestry jsou při své práci vystaveny různým nebezpečím. Cíle: Záměrem práce je zjistit četnost a příčinu pracovních úrazů sester v perioperační péči při výkonu jejich povolání. Metody: K dosažení záměru práce bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílovou skupinou byly všechny perioperační sestry pracující na centrálních operačních sálech pro dospělé a centrálních operačních sálech pro děti ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole. Do vlastního šetření bylo zařazeno 37 vyplněných dotazníků. Výsledky: Na základě statistického vyhodnocení dat bylo zjištěno, že za poslední rok došlo u 43,24 % respondentů k pracovnímu úrazu. Nejčastěji se jednalo o poranění ostrým nástrojem, specificky o šicí jehlu a skalpel. Nejčastější okolností vzniku úrazu bylo přijímání nástroje od lékaře, a to v důsledku spěchu či nedostatku času. Bolesti pohybového aparátu uvádělo 59,46 % respondentů s nejvyšší prevalencí bederní páteře. Závěr: Problematika bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci perioperačních sester je obsáhlá a mohla by být do budoucna více zaměřena na oblast poranění ostrými nástroji. Díky dotazníkovému... The bachelor thesis entitled "Occupational injuries of nurses in perioperative care" addresses the issue of occupational health and safety of perioperative nurses. The operating room environment is very specific and perioperative nurses are exposed to various hazards in their work. Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine the frequency and cause of occupational injuries of perioperative nurses in the course of their profession. Methods: In order to achieve the aim of the work, a questionnaire survey was carried out, the target group of which was all perioperative nurses working in the central operating theatres for adults and central operating theatres for children at Motol University Hospital. The survey included 37 completed questionnaires. Results: Based on the statistical evaluation of the data, it was found that 43,24 % of the respondents had an occupational injury in the last year. The most frequent injuries involved sharp instruments, specifically sewing needles and scalpels. The most common circumstance of injury was receiving the instrument from the doctor, due to haste or lack of time.
