Název: Protetické řešení při traumatické transmetatarsální amputaci nohy Cíle: Hlavním cílem mé práce je navrhnout protetické řešení pro pacienta po traumatické transmetatarzální amputaci nohy se záměrem obnovit funkci nohy s ohledem na její přirozený vzhled, maximálně snížit riziko poranění pacienta, aby mohl používat normální sportovní obuv. Dílčími cílem je zvýšení mechanické odolnosti protézy při zvýšené pohybové aktivitě a vytvoření výrobního postupu, který mohou využít i další aktivní pacienti. Metody: Bakalářská práce se skládá z části teoretické a z části praktické. V teoretické části primárně vycházím z odborných publikací a článků týkajících se dané problematiky. Praktickou část tvoří samotná kazuistika pacienta se zaměřením na výrobu protézy podle jeho postižení, která vychází z dat získaných analýzou postoje a chůze. Výsledky: Kazuistika byla zpracována během dvou měsíců v nestátním zdravotnickém zařízení Proteor CZ s.r.o. Ostrava, na základě specifické potřeby pacienta. Výsledný protetický výrobek splnil všechny cíle, které jsme si společně s pacientem stanovili. Zhotovená protéza zlepšila pohybové možnosti pacienta, umožnila mu věnovat se nadále sportovním aktivitám a zajistila mu funkčně a esteticky vyhovující náhradu chybějící části chodidla. Title: Prosthetic solution of traumatic transmetatarsal foot amputation Objectives: The main goal of my work is to design a prosthetic solution for a patient after a traumatic transmetatarsal amputation of the leg with the intention of restoring the function of the leg with respect to its natural appearance, maximally reducing the risk of injury to the patient so that he can use normal sports shoes. A partial goal is to increase the mechanical resistance of the prosthesis during increased physical activity and to create a production procedure that can be used by other active patients. Methods: The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part I primarily draw on professional publications and articles related to the given issue. The practical part consists of the actual case study of the patient with a focus on the production of a prosthesis according to his disability, which is based on the data obtained from the analysis of posture and gait. Results: The case report was processed within two months in the non-state medical facility Proteor CZ s.r.o. Ostrava, based on the specific needs of the patient.
