Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na oblast povinností pacientů a možných sankcí při jejich porušení. Teoretická část vymezuje konkrétní práva pacientů, z nichž přímo vyplývají definované povinnosti, při jejichž neplnění může zdravotnické zařízení v zastoupení pověřených osob uplatňovat stanovené sankce. Na teoretické vymezení problematiky navazuje výzkumné šetření. Empirická část je věnována kvantitativnímu výzkumu, který byl proveden na základě vlastního výzkumného šetření. Výzkum zjišťuje znalosti sester FN Motol v oblasti povinností pacientů a uplatnění možných sankcí za jejich porušení. Výsledky šetření jsou následně porovnány s výsledky jiného průzkumu. Metodou výzkumného šetření je dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Pro následné zpracování dat je vybráno 102 dotazníků z celkového počtu 125 všech získaných dotazníků, které obsahují kompletně zodpovězené otázky a shoduje se kontrolní otázka. Výsledky správných odpovědí se v jednotlivých otázkách výrazně liší. Na otázku, zda je možné po pacientovi vymáhat neuhrazenou částku za poskytnutý léčebný zákrok, který není hrazen z veřejného zdravotního pojištění s pacient s ním podepsal souhlas právní cestou, odpovědělo správně 96 % sester. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the area of patient obligations and possible sanctions for their violation. The theoretical part defines the specific rights of patients, which directly result from defined obligations, in case of non-fulfilment of which the medical facility can apply specified sanctions on behalf of authorized persons. The theoretical definition of the issue is followed by a research investigation. The empirical part is devoted to quantitative research, which was carried out on the basis of an own research investigation. The research examines the knowledge of Motol FN nurses in the area of patient obligations and the application of possible sanctions for their violation. The results of the survey are then compared with the results of another survey. The method of the research investigation is a self-constructed questionnaire. For subsequent data processing, 102 questionnaires are selected from the total number of 125 questionnaires received, which contain completely answered questions and a matching control question.
