Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat edukačním procesem na dětské transplantační jednotce kostní dřeně ve Fakultní nemocnici Motol. Edukační proces zde probíhá ve 4 etapách, kdy na samotném edukačním procesu se podílí jak lékař, psychosociální pracovník, sestra, tak i samotný pacient a jeho rodina. Práce bude zaměřena na specifikace ošetřovatelské péče na tomto oddělení a edukaci v rámci tohoto edukačního procesu, kdy se již sestra sama zapojuje do edukace pacienta a jeho rodiny při příjmu pacienta na transplantační jednotku. Bakalářská práce bude rozdělena na teoretickou část a empirickou část. V teoretické části budou popsány základními pojmy v edukaci a edukačním procesu obecně. Dále zde bude uvedena kapitola témat edukací specifických pro transplantační jednotku kostní dřeně. Závěr teoretické části bude věnován tématu transplantace kostní dřeně. V empirické části budou prezentovány výsledky anonymního dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo na Klinice dětské hematologie a onkologie ve FN Motol. Cílem bakalářské práce bude zjistit kvalitu a spokojenost se současným stavem edukace na transplantační jednotce kostní dřeně z pohledu doprovodu pacienta, jež je přijat na transplantační jednotku společně se svým dítětem. V závěru bakalářské práce budou zhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které budou... The bachelor thesis will deal with the educational process in the children's bone marrow transplant unit at the Motol University Hospital. The educational process takes place in 4 stages, where both the doctor, psychosocial worker, nurse, as well as the patient and his family participate in the educational process itself. The work will focus on specifying nursing care in this department and education within this educational process, where the nurse herself already participates in educating the patient and his family when the patient is admitted to the transplant unit. The bachelor thesis will be divided into a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part will describe basic concepts in education and educational process in general. Furthermore, there will be a chapter on topics of education specific to bone marrow transplant units. The conclusion of the theoretical part will be devoted to the topic of bone marrow transplantation. The empirical part will present the results of an anonymous questionnaire survey conducted at the Department of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at Motol University Hospital.
