Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pracovní zátěže v psychologickém kontextu. Její teoretická část přináší formou přehledové studie obecné výchozí i aktuální informace o pracovní zátěži a jevech s ní souvisejících. V úvodu se zaměřuje na základní modely a vymezuje pojmy pracovní zátěž a stres s upozorněním na nejednoznačnost jejich vnímání v literatuře. Na teoretických modelech vysvětluje principy vzniku a působení pracovní zátěže a stresu a roli dalších faktorů v tomto procesu. Zmiňuje příčiny vzniku i důsledky zátěže, a to jak na zdravotní stav, tak na sociální vztahy a výkon pracovníků. V další části se zaměřuje na fenomény, které se zátěží souvisejí. Přináší informace o well-being pracovníků, vyhoření, angažovanosti a workaholismu. Pozornost věnuje pracovním nárokům a zdrojům, v jejichž kontextu tyto fenomény průběžně nahlíží. V závěru se soustředí na možnosti zvládání a prevence. Druhá část práce obsahuje návrh výzkumu, jehož cílem je zkoumání souvislosti vybraných pracovních nároků a zdrojů s vyhořením, angažovaností a workaholismem u psychologů. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of work-related load and stress in psychological context. Its theoretical part brings a review of general default and recent information on work-related load and stress and related phenomena. It focuses on primary models and defines the terms of work-related load and stress refering to ambiguity of their comprehension within the literature. Using the theorethical models it explains the principals of origin and effects of work- related load and stress and the role of other factors in this process. It mentions the causes and consequences of work-related load and stress on health, social relationships and performance of employees. The thesis further focuses on phenomena related to work-related load and stress. It brings the information on employee well-being, burnout, engagement and workaholism. It looks at these phenomena within the context of job demands and resources. At the end it concentrates on the possibilities of coping and prevention. The practical part of the thesis contains the proposal of a research project designed to study correlations of selected job demands and resources with burnout, engagement and workaholism in psychologists.
