(česky) Diplomová práce se zabývá kontaktem dítěte vyrůstajícím v náhradní rodinné péči s jeho biologickou rodinou. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat, jaké jsou možnosti v kontaktu a komunikaci dítěte v náhradní rodinné péči s biologickou rodinou, jaká úskalí jsou s tímto kontaktem spojená a naopak jaké výhody a příležitosti může dítě, biologická a náhradní rodina kontaktem získat, jak se dají rizika s kontaktem spojená ošetřit a zda je k tomuto v našem systému potřebná úroveň. Zmapován byl tedy pohled sociálních pracovníků orgánu sociálně právní ochrany dětí, sociálních pracovníků doprovázejících organizací a pěstounské rodiny. Teoretická část je základem pro část praktickou, která následuje. Současný stav pojednává o náhradní rodinné péči, právní úpravě ochrany dítěte v náhradní rodinné péči při kontaktu s biologickou rodinou, o formách a možnostech v kontaktu s ní, o problematice vazebného chování v souvislosti s kontaktem a významu vlivu vlastní a náhradní rodiny na vývoj dětské osobnosti a prožitky dítěte. V souvislosti s cílem práce byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, metoda dotazování, technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Zjištěné výsledky byly zpracovány a následně zpracovány a znázorněny prostřednictvím myšlenkových map, tabulek a matice SWOT a odhalily základní dilemata spojená s... (in English): The main objective of this thesis is to map out the options of the contact and communication, of a child placed in foster care with their biological mother, to determine risks as well as advantages and opportunities, which both a child and a foster family would gain out of maintaining a contact with the child's biological mother. The goal is to find out whether potential risks associated with such a contact are possible to be addressed by our social system. For this purpose, I discussed this subject with social workers of agencies for the social and legal protection of children, social workers of other associated organisations and foster families. The theoretical part is the basis for the following practical part. Current state discusses foster family care, legal treatment of a child's contact with their biological mother while being placed in a foster family, forms of a possible contact with a biological mother, as well as problematics of attachment behaviour associated with the contact, and importance of the influence of both blood related and foster family in terms of development of a child's personality and experiences.
