Vývoj úmrtnosti na zhoubný novotvar slinivky břišní v Evropě v letech 1995-2018 Abstrakt Zhoubný novotvar slinivky břišní patří mezi zhoubná onemocnění s nejhoršími statistikami přežití. Úmrtnost za rok je v současnosti ve světě téměř stejná jako incidence. Evropa spolu s dalšími vyspělými regiony patří mezi nejvíce zasažené oblasti. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat vývoj intenzity úmrtnosti na zhoubný novotvar slinivky břišní ve vybraných evropských státech v letech 1995 až 2018 a následné porovnání trendů mezi zeměmi a v rámci jednotlivých regionů. K tomuto účelu byly použity především standardizované míry úmrtnosti a věkově specifické míry úmrtnosti. Data pocházela z WHO Mortality Database a Human Mortality Database. U všech států došlo k nárůstu standardizovaných měr úmrtnosti na zhoubný novotvar slinivky břišní u obou pohlaví. Vyšší hodnoty u obou pohlaví zaznamenaly státy střední a severní Evropy, a naopak nejnižší měly státy jižní Evropy. Specifické míry úmrtnosti rostly s věkem u obou pohlaví také ve všech analyzovaných státech. The death rate per year is currently almost equal to the incidence rate in the world. Europe, along with other developed regions, is among the most affected areas. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the development of the intensity of mortality due to malignant neoplasm of the pancreas in selected European countries between 1995 and 2018 and the subsequent comparison of trends between countries and within individual regions. Standardized mortality rates and age-specific mortality rates were mainly used for this purpose. Data came from the WHO Mortality Database and the Human Mortality Database. All states experienced an increase in standardized mortality rates for pancreatic cancer in both sexes. The states of Central and Northern Europe recorded higher values for both sexes, while the lowest values were recorded by the states of Southern Europe.
