[cze][eng] Východiska: Duševní onemocnění je rizikovým faktorem vzniku závislosti např. v důsledku sebemedikace a naopak závislostní chování může ke vzniku duševního onemocnění přispět. Poruchy z užívání návykových látek souběžně s jinou psychickou poruchou, tzv. "duální diagnóza" má u uživatelů návykových látek vysokou prevalenci. U klientů s psychiatrickou komorbiditou je vyšší výskyt rizikového chování nebo sebevražd a vyšší potřeba služeb a péče. Cíl: Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaká je prevalence psychiatrické komorbidity spojené s užívám návykových látek u klientů využívajících služeb doléčovacího centra a popsat faktory, které její výskyt provázejí. Metody: Byla provedena sekundární analýza dat z poskytnuté anonymizované databáze klientů aktivně využívajících služeb doléčovacího centra ke dni 1. 3. 2023. Kromě sociodemografických dat klientů byla analyzována data o užívání návykových látek, povaze závislostní poruchy, přítomnosti poruch v oblasti duševního zdraví a faktorech, které jejich výskyt a klinickou závažnost u klienta mohly ovlivnit. Výsledky: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 79 klientů ambulantního a pobytového programu doléčovacího centra pro uživatele po léčbě, nyní abstinující od návykových látek (mimo tabák). Disorders from the use of addictive substances concurrently with another mental disorder, the so-called "dual diagnosis", has a high prevalence among users of addictive substances. Clients with psychiatric comorbidity have a higher incidence of risky behavior or suicide and a higher need for services and care. Objective: The objective of this work was to determine the prevalence of psychiatric comorbidity associated with the use of addictive substances in clients using the services of a aftercare center and to describe the factors that accompany its occurrence. Methods: A secondary analysis of data was performed from the provided anonymized database of clients actively using the services of the aftercare center as of March 1, 2023. In addition to the sociodemographic data of the clients, data on the use of addictive substances, the nature of the addiction disorder, the presence of disorders in the field of mental health and factors, were analyzed which could influence their occurrence and clinical severity in the client.
