Disertační práce přináší pohled na vzdělávání žáků s ADHD na běžné základní škole. Vzdělávání této skupiny žáků je pro učitele výzvou. Dobrá úroveň znalostí problematiky této neurovývojové poruchy, možností podpory žáka a efektivních strategií motivace ke školní práci je předpokladem školní úspěšnosti žáka s ADHD. Cílem výzkumu bylo specifikovat úroveň znalostí učitelů o problematice ADHD a osvětlit jaké strategie v kontextu motivace ke školní práci volí u této skupiny žáků. Smíšený výzkumný design poskytl prostor pro kombinaci výzkumných metod. K identifikaci znalostí a miskoncepcí o ADHD u učitelů byla využita škála KADDS. Analýza výzkumných dat přinesla informace o průměrné úrovni znalostí a pomohla specifikovat konkrétní témata dalšího vzdělávání učitelů. V rámci realizace ohniskových skupin s učiteli druhého stupně základních škol, kteří mají zkušenost s výukou žáků s ADHD, jsme zjistili, že pro motivaci ke školní práci volí především edukační postupy a intervence, které doporučí školská poradenská zařízení, spočívající zejména v úpravě organizace výuky a obsahu učiva. K identifikaci školní výkonové motivace žáků byl použit standardizovaný dotazník MV-12, který zjišťuje potřebu úspěšného výkonu a potřebu vyhnutí se neúspěchu. Z výsledků je patrné, že výkonové tendence žáků s ADHD se nijak... The dissertation brings a perspective on the education of students with ADHD in a regular elementary school. Educating this group of pupils is a challenge for teachers. A good level of knowledge of the issues of this spectrum neurodevelopmental disorder, the possibilities of pupil support and effective strategies of motivation for schoolwork is a prerequisite for the school success of a pupil with ADHD. The aim of the research was to specify the level of knowledge of teachers about the problem of ADHD and to shed light on what strategies they choose in the context of motivation for school work among this group of pupils. A mixed research design provided scope for a combination of research methods. The KADDS scale was used to identify teachers' knowledge and misconceptions about ADHD. The analysis of the research data yielded information about the average level of knowledge and helped to specify specific topics for in-service teacher education.
