Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast diagnostiky u dětí předškolního věku v mateřské škole v Královéhradeckém kraji. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je nastavení plánu pedagogické podpory, prvního stupně podpůrného opatření dle aplikace WELCOME IDEA u dětí předčasně narozených. Dalším cílem je praktická ukázka způsobu práce s plánem pedagogické podpory podle aplikace WELCOME IDEA, analyzování jeho možností a limitů. V neposlední řadě je cílem podtrhnout potřebu diagnostiky u předškolních dětí jako nástroj pro vhodně nastavený plán pedagogické podpory, který je nejen pro pedagogy prostředkem pro vytvoření optimálních možností vzdělávání dětí. Diplomová práce má dvě části. V teoretické části se setkáváme s pojmy rodina a rodičovství, psychické potřeby rodičů předčasně narozených dětí, ontogeneze předčasně narozeného dítěte, psychomotorika, komunikace a socializace u dětí předškolního věku. Součástí diplomové práce je také metodologie k výzkumnému šetření. Praktická část je tvořená ukázkou práce s aplikací WELCOME IDEA, nastavení jednotlivých plánů pedagogické podpory u vybraných objektů šetření. Naplnění cílů bylo tvořeno metodou rozhovorů, pozorováním a diagnostikou dle aplikace WELCOME IDEA, na základě které byl nastavený plán pedagogické podpory, jakožto podpůrné opatření prvního stupně, který... The thesis focuses on the area of diagnostics in preschool children in kindergarten in the Hradec Králové region. The main aim of this thesis is to set up a pedagogical support plan, the first level of support measures according to the WELCOME IDEA application for premature children. Another aim is a practical demonstration of how to work with the pedagogical support plan according to the WELCOME IDEA application, analysing its possibilities and limits. Last but not least, the aim is to underline the need of diagnostics in preschool children as a tool for an appropriate pedagogical support plan, which is not only a means for teachers to create optimal learning opportunities for children. The thesis has two parts. In the theoretical part we meet the concepts of family and parenting, psychological needs of parents of premature children, ontogeny of the premature child, psychomotor, communication and socialization in preschool children. The thesis also includes the methodology for the research investigation. The practical part consists of a demonstration of work with the WELCOME IDEA application, setting up individual pedagogical support plans for selected objects of the investigation.
