Kontaktní centrum Vlhká společnosti Podané ruce provozuje Program kontrolované konzumace alkoholu jako jediná organizace v České republice, inspirovaná programy stejného typu ze zahraničí. V této práci využívám evaluaci spokojenosti jako výzkumnou metodu se záměrem poskytnout klientům možnost se k programu a chodu tohoto centra vyjádřit. Cílem výzkumu bylo provést šetření spokojenosti u klientů Kontaktního centra Vlhká zapojených do programu kontrolované konzumace alkoholu. Cílem bylo zhodnotit spokojenost klientů s tímto programem jako i ostatními intervencemi centra, přístupem pracovníků, prostředím, vybavením a otvírací dobou. Záměrem bylo poskytnout výsledky práce vedení služby jako případnou inspiraci pro další změny a vývoj a zpětnou vazbu k již zavedeným změnám. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 17 respondentů, klientů kontaktního centra Vlhká zapojených v programu Kontrolované konzumace, kteří odpovídají cílové skupině služby. Jde o osoby bez domova ohrožené užíváním alkoholu či závislostí. Respondenti byli do výzkumu vybrání metodou záměrného výběru prostřednictvím instituce. Osloveni byli v otvírací době centra, kde probíhal samotný sběr dat. Data byla sbírána pomocí polostrukturovaného interview. Kvalitativní data byla analyzována metodou vytváření trsů a metodou prostého výčtu. Z výsledku výzkumu... Drop-in center Vlhká, operated by the organization Podané ruce, implements the Managed Alcohol Program as the only organization in the Czech Republic, inspired by similar programs abroad. In this work, I utilize satisfaction evaluation as a research method with the intention of providing clients an opportunity to express their views on the program and the operation of this center. The aim of the research was to conduct a satisfaction survey among clients of the Drop-in center Vlhká, involved in the Managed Alcohol Program. The objective was to evaluate clients' satisfaction with this program, as well as other interventions provided by the center, the approach of the staff, the environment, facilities, and opening hours. The intention was to provide the results of the work to the service management as a potential inspiration for further changes and development, as well as feedback on the changes that have already been implemented. The research sample consisted of 17 respondents, clients of the Drop-in center Vlhká, participating in the Managed Alcohol Program, who correspond to the target group of the service.
