1 ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou logopedické intervence u dospělých osob se získanou verbální dyspraxií. Hlavním cílem tohoto speciálně-pedagogického výzkumu je zjistit, jaké postupy používají kliničtí logopedi na území České republiky v rámci logopedické intervence u pacientů s verbální dyspraxií. V souladu s hlavním cílem práce jsou stanoveny dílčí cíle, jež zjišťují, jaké diagnostické materiály kliničtí logopedi užívají k diagnostice získané verbální dyspraxie u dospělých pacientů, u kterých se vlivem cévní mozkové příhody, traumatu či neurogenního onemocnění projevila neurogenní porucha komunikace, a jaké terapeutické metody kliničtí logopedi užívají v terapii osob s touto diagnózou. Další dílčí cíl porovnává, jaké mají kliničtí logopedi povědomí o příznacích verbální dyspraxie a zda ji dokážou na základě těchto poznatků bezproblémově rozpoznat. V práci jsou uvedeny údaje týkající se neurogenních poruch komunikace, z nichž byl detailněji popsány dysartrie, afázie a orální apraxie. Další kapitola se poté věnuje verbální dyspraxii samostatně, jelikož je hlavním tématem této práce. Práce je zakončena kvantitativním výzkumem, který byl zprostředkován elektronickým dotazníkovým šetřením, jehož respondenty byli kliničtí logopedi a logopedi v předatestační přípravě na území České republiky.... 1 ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with the issue of speech therapy intervention for adults with acquired verbal dyspraxia. The main goal of this special pedagogical research is to find out what procedures clinical speech therapists in the Czech Republic use as part of speech therapy intervention for patients with verbal dyspraxia. In accordance with the primary goal of the work, sub-goals are set, which determine what diagnostic materials clinical speech therapists use to diagnose acquired verbal dyspraxia in adult patients who have developed a neurogenic communication disorder due to a stroke, trauma or neurogenic disease and what therapeutic methods clinical speech therapists use in the therapy of persons with this diagnosis. Another sub-goal compares how clinical speech therapists are aware of the symptoms of verbal dyspraxia and whether they can easily recognise it based on this knowledge. The work presents data on neurogenic communication disorders, of which dysarthria, aphasia and oral apraxia were described in more detail. The next chapter deals with verbal dyspraxia separately, as it is the main topic of this thesis.
