Diplomová práce je z oboru Logopedie. Zabývá se oblastí hlasových poruch a vzájemnou spoluprací logopedů a foniatrů v této oblasti. Východiskem teoretické pasáže práce je vymezení oborů logopedie a foniatrie. Dále se teoretická část zabývá hlasovými poruchami a vymezením hlasu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje oblasti diagnostiky, terapie a prevence u hlasových poruch. Cílem praktické části práce bylo, s využitím poznatků a znalostí z teoretické části, zjistit, jak probíhá vzájemná spolupráce logopedů a foniatrů, analyzovat využívané postupy diagnostiky a léčby u osob s hlasovými poruchami a odhalit jaké další možnosti spolupráce mezi logopedy a foniatry se nabízejí. K dosažení cílů výzkumného šetření byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum s šesti respondenty formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výsledky výzkumného šetření umožnily naplnit vytýčené cíle. Ukázalo se, že vzájemná spolupráce je ovlivněna mnoha faktory, přičemž jeden ze zásadních faktorů představují typy pracovišť, ve kterých odborníci působí. Vyšlo najevo, že v nemocnicích a specializovaných klinikách je vzájemná spolupráce snadnější a efektivnější, neboť foniatři a logopedové zde využívají osobního kontaktu ke co nejvhodnějšímu společnému nastavení a řešení terapie hlasových poruch. Thesis deals with the topic of voice disorders and the mutual cooperation between speech therapists and phoniatrists in this area. The starting point of the theoretical part of the thesis is the definition of the fields of speech therapy and phoniatry. Then the theoretical part deals with voice disorders and the definition of voice. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the area of diagnosis, therapy and prevention of voice disorders. The goal of the practical part of the thesis was to find out, with the use of the information and knowledge from the theoretical part, how the cooperation between speech therapists and phoniatrists works, to analyse the procedures used for diagnosis and treatment of people with voice disorders and to reveal what other possibilities of cooperation between speech therapists and phoniatrists could be exploited. To achieve the goals of the research investigation, qualitative research was conducted with six respondents in the form of a semi-structured interview.
