Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pandemie COVID-19 na tělesnou zdatnost volejbalistek ve věku 14-16 let. Cílem práce je na základě naměřených hodnot vyhodnotit, jaký měla pandemie vliv na tělesnou zdatnost konkrétní skupiny hráček. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice pandemie jako takové, ale hlavně problematice pohybové aktivity, která je spojená s lockdownem vyvolaným pandemií COVID-19. Dále také rozvádí informace o šestkovém volejbale a jednotlivých hráčských postech. Praktická část se konktrétně věnuje naměřeným hodnotám a jejich vyhodnocení. Pro sběr dat jsem zvolila speciální motorické testy prováděné ve volejbale, které testují konkrétní pohybové schopnosti volejbalisty. Výsledky této práce ukázaly, že se tělesná zdatnost volejbalistek zhoršila ve všech testovaných oblastech. Největší procento hráček mělo zhoršení u k-testu, který měří rychlost. V tomto testu došlo ke zhoršení u 100 % hráček. Déle při porovnání výsledků, zda se výkony hráček po návratu do tréninkového procesu vrátily na původní hodnoty před pandemií, jsem zjistila, že ne všem hráčkám se podařilo podat stejné výkony. The aim of this work is to evaluate the impact of the pandemic on a particular group of female volleyball players on the basis of recorded data. The theoretical part focuses on the pandemic itself, but mainly on the physical activity linked with the lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The theoretical part also expands on information about volleyball and the individual player positions. The practical part deals with the recorded data and its evaluation. For data collection, I chose special motor tests performed on volleyball that test specific motoric abilities of volleyball players. The results showed that the physical fitness of the female volleyball players deteriorated in all tested areas. The biggest percentual deterioration can be found in the K-test used to measure speed. The deterioration rate was recorded in 100% of the players. Furthermore, when comparing whether the players' performance after returning to training recovered to their pre-pandemic levels, I found that not all players were able to perform the same.
