Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací a vzdělávacími potřebami pedagogických pracovníků, konkrétně učitelů základních škol, v rámci kurzů dalšího profesního vzdělávání. Práce se také zaobírá bariérami v dalším vzdělávání, které tito pracovníci pociťují. Další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků umožňuje pedagogickým pracovníkům si prohloubit či rozšířit kvalifikaci, což je podstatné pro další výkon jejich profese. Faktory ovlivňující motivaci k takovému vzdělávání mohou být značně různorodé a vyplývají z individuálních vzdělávacích potřeb a postojů konkrétních jedinců. Pro plánování a následné realizování vzdělávacích aktivit je důležitá analýza a identifikace těchto vzdělávacích potřeb. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit, co motivuje učitele základních škol k dalšímu profesnímu vzdělávání, jaké vzdělávací potřeby pociťují a jaké bariéry v dalším profesním vzdělávání vnímají. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část této práce na základě odborné literatury shrnuje definici pedagogického pracovníka se zaměřením na učitele základních škol, popisuje systém dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků a vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se vzdělávacích potřeb, motivace a bariér dalšího vzdělávání. Druhou část diplomové práce tvoří empirická část. Ta se věnuje výsledkům šetření... The diploma thesis deals with the motivation and educational needs of teaching staff, specifically primary school teachers, within the framework of continuing professional education courses. The work also deals with the barriers to further education experienced by these workers. Further education of teaching staff enables teaching staff to deepen or expand their qualifications, which is essential for the further performance of their profession. Factors influencing the motivation for such education can be quite diverse and result from the individual educational needs and attitudes of specific individuals. Analysis and identification of these educational needs is important for planning and subsequent implementation of educational activities. The aim of this thesis was to find out what motivates primary school teachers to further professional education, what educational needs they feel and what barriers they perceive in further professional education.
