Tato diplomová práce se zabývá souvislostí mezi vývojovou dysplazií kyčelních kloubů v anamnéze a výskytem pes planovagus u dětí mladšího školního věku. Teoretická část práce v prvních dvou kapitolách sjednocuje informace o vývojové dysplazii kyčelních kloubů a pes planovalgus, které jsou klíčové pro pochopení celé problematiky. Souvislostí mezi těmito vadami se detailně zabývá následující kapitola, která sjednocuje a rozšiřuje poznatky o faktorech, které možný vztah mezi vývojovou dysplazií kyčelní a pes planovalgus podporují. Jedná se především o zvýšenou anteverzi krčku femuru a generalizovanou kloubní hypermobilitu. Popisován je také možný vliv pohlaví. Poznatky o fyzioterapeutických metodách používaných u vývojové dysplazie kyčelních kloubů a pes planovalgus na sebe v práci záměrně navazují a zakončují její teoretickou část. Praktická část práce vychází z dat, která byla naměřena na základě vypracovaného nestandardizovaného protokolu sestaveného z jednotlivých standardizovaných testů. Výsledky byly statisticky zpracovány. Celkem bylo vyšetřeno 40 dětí mladšího školního věku (6-12 let). U probandů experimentální skupiny byla potvrzena přítomnost vývojové dysplazie kyčelních kloubů v anamnéze, kontrolní skupina měla fyziologický nález na kyčelních kloubech. This diploma thesis researches the relationship between developmental dysplasia of the hips in the anamnesis and the occurrence of pes planovalgus in young school-aged children. The first two chapters of the theoretical part of the thesis provide a summary of information about developmental dysplasia of the hip joints and pes planovalgus, which are essential for comprehending the entire issue. The subsequent chapter extensively examines the connection between these conditions, bringing together and expanding knowledge about the factors that support the potential relationship between developmental hip dysplasia and pes planovalgus. Specifically, it highlights the significance of increased femoral neck anteversion and generalized joint hypermobility. The potential impact of gender is also discussed. The theoretical part concludes with a discussion of physiotherapeutic methods used in treating developmental dysplasia of the hip joints and pes planovalgus. The practical part of the thesis is based on data collected using a specially designed non- standardized protocol comprising various standardized tests.
