Diplomová práce se rozděluje na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V části teoretické se práce zaobírá základními informacemi o kožním onemocnění akné. Tato část obsahuje obecné poznatky o kůži a o pleti, dále informace konkrétně o acne vulgaris, faktorech vzniku akné, léčbě akné, o přírodní kosmetice a dále obsahuje kapitolu zaměřenou na vnímání akné u dívek a chlapců na středních školách. Teoretická část také poskytuje rady k prevenci tohoto onemocnění a dále k následné léčbě kožního onemocnění akné. Jedním z cílů této práce je poukázat na problematiku akné u dospívajících na středních školách, seznámit čtenáře s tímto častým onemocněním a poskytnout alternativy léčby a také prevence. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části je analyzovat informovanost středoškoláků o akné. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá současnými informacemi, které středoškoláci mají o akné, dále zkoumá psychický dopad onemocnění a zjišťuje, zda by konkrétně u středoškoláků ve městě Plzeň byl zájem o vyučování o kožním onemocnění akné na školách. Tato část byla vypracována za pomocí dotazníkového šetření, ze kterého po jeho vyhodnocení vyplývá, že z 84 středoškolských respondentů akné značně ovlivňuje sebevědomí u 42 respondentů a 18 z nich zodpovědělo, že akné má na jejich sebevědomí silný dopad. Dále z dotazníku vyplývá, že 63... The diploma thesis is split into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on basic information about the skin disaese acne. This part includes general knowledge about the skin and skin care, information specifically about acne vulgaris, factors of acne, acne treatment, natural cosmetics and also includes a chapter on the perception of acne in girls and boys in secondary schools. The theoretical section also provides advice on the prevention of the subsequent treatment of acne skin disease. One of the purposes of this thesis is to highlight the issue of acne in adolescents in secondary schools, to familiarize the reader with this common disease, and to provide treatment alternatives as well as prevention. The main objective of the research part is to analyze the awareness of acne among high school students. The practical part of the thesis examines the current information that high school students have about acne, further examines the psychological impact of the disease, and finds out if specifically high school students in the city of Pilsen would be interested in learning about the skin disease acne in schools.
