Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací implementace evropského nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů neboli GDPR ve vybraných evropských školách. Práce je rozdělena na teorii a výzkumné šetření. Teoretická část se zaměřuje jako první na všeobecný význam ochrany osobních údajů, dále pak na definici základních pojmů GDPR a snaží se seznámit s nastaveným právním rámcem, platnou legislativou a zásadami ochrany osobních údajů. Další díl teoretické části poukazuje na to, jak je Obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů ukotvené ve školských vzdělávacích institucí. Na základě rešerše odborné literatury je zrealizován kvalitativní výzkum formou rozhovoru s vybranými respondenty. Jedná se o českého a španělského pověřence pro ochranu osobních údajů, kteří byli jmenování vybranou školou, aby poskytovali poradentství ohledně zpracování osobních údajů a zajišťovali dodržování povinností vyplívajících z Nařízení (EU) 2016/679. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda vybrané evropské školy mají totožný postup při plnění povinnosti dané platnou legislativou a poukázat na chyby vznikající v souvislosti s nedodržováním platných právních ustanoveních a následně identifikovat přínosy a negativa zavedení GDPR na těchto školách. Po realizaci výzkumu navazuje vyhodnocení dat, která se nám díky dostatečným výzkumným otázkám... This bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of the implementation of the European Data Protection Regulation or GDPR in selected European schools. The thesis is divided into theory and research investigation. The theoretical part focuses first on the general meaning of data protection, on the definition of the basic concepts of the GDPR and tries to get acquainted with the set legal framework, the current legislation and the principles of data protection. Furthermore, the theoretical part highlights how the General Data Protection Regulation is anchored in educational institutions. The implementation of the GDPR in education is Based on a literature search, qualitative research is conducted in the form of interviews with selected respondents. These are a Czech and a Spanish Data Protection Officer who have been appointed by the selected school to provide advice on the processing of personal data and to ensure compliance with the obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
