Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pohádkami ve vztahu k současným dětem předškolního věku a znalostmi a preferencemi pohádek těchto dětí. Mou snahou je poukázat touto prací na smysl a význam pohádek pro děti a také na důležitost a přínos zjišťování znalostí a preferencí pohádek dětí. Dle mého názoru je totiž potřebné zjišťovat, jak na tom děti v oblasti pohádek momentálně jsou, aby tak pohádky mohly přispívat jejich rozvoji. V teoretické části se věnuji nejprve charakteristice předškolního dítěte v souvislosti k tématu práce a také faktorům ovlivňujícím čtenářství dětí, mezi něž patří rodina, učitelé v mateřské škole, čtenářsky podnětné prostředí a knihovny. Dále tu píši o charakteristice literatury pro děti a o generacích, které vychovávají současné děti, a o vztahu těchto generací k dětské literatuře. Ten může mít totiž následně vliv na vztah předškolních dětí k literatuře. Další důležitou oblastí je zde samotná pohádka, její charakteristika, druhy a pohádkové postavy, a také význam pohádky a možnosti práce s ní v mateřské škole. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jaké pohádky vybrané předškolní děti znají, jaké preferují, s jakými pohádkovými postavami se ztotožňují a proč, a také jestli o jejich znalostech a preferencích vědí jejich pedagožky a zda a jakým způsobem s pohádkou v mateřské škole... This bachelor's thesis deals with fairy tales in relation to contemporary children of pre-school age and their knowledge and preferences of these fairy tales. My ambition is to point out what is the meaning and value of fairy tales for children as well as the importance and benefits of children's fairy tales knowledge and preference investigation. In my opinion, it is necessary to find out how children are currently doing in the field of fairy tales to let it contribute to their development. The theoretical section of this thesis is dedicated to characteristics of the preschool children in relation to the topic of this thesis as well as to the factors influencing children's reading which include family, kindergarten teachers, reading-stimulating environment and libraries. Also there is a part dedicated to literature characteristics for children as well as generations raising today's children and their relationship to children's literature. It can also affect children's relationship to literature. The next important area in the section is the fairy tale itself, its characteristics, types and fairy tale characters as well as the role of the fairy tale in kindergarten and what interaction options it brings.
