Tato bakalářská práce se skládá z překladu německého textu a odborného komentáře. Výchozím textem byl článek 25 Jahre Friedliche Revolution in der DDR: Die Selbstbefreiung der Ostdeutschen von der Diktatur, jehož autorem je Andreas Trampe. Text pojednává o revolučním dění v Německé demokratické republice a dalších zemích Evropy a o následném znovusjednocení Německa. Komentář sestává z analýzy výchozího textu, metody překladu a typologie překladatelských problémů a posunů. Cílem práce je zhotovení funkčního překladu a představení překladatelských problémů a jejich řešení. This bachelor thesis consists of a translation of a German text and an expert commentary. The source text was the article 25 Jahre Friedliche Revolution in der DDR: Die Selbstbefreiung der Ostdeutschen von der Diktatur written by Andreas Trampe. The text discusses the revolutionary events in the German Democratic Republic and other European countries and the subsequent reunification of Germany. The commentary consists of an analysis of the source text, the translation method and a typology of translation problems and shifts. The aim of the thesis is to produce a functional translation and to present translation problems and their solutions.
