Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi somatoformní disociací a nespokojeností s vlastním tělem u mužů s poruchou příjmu potravy. Uvedená problematika trpí z hlediska mužské populace poměrně významnými nedostatky, jelikož byla v minulosti zkoumána převážně u pacientek s poruchou příjmu potravy. V úvodu literárně přehledové části jsou nejprve stručně představeny poruchy příjmu potravy. Pro účely této práce je důraz kladen především na mentální anorexii, mentální bulimii a záchvatovité přejídání. Diskutovány jsou rozdílné aspekty onemocnění z hlediska pohlaví, včetně případných rizik stigmatizace poruch příjmu potravy jako femininních onemocnění. Dále jsou uvedeny aktuální vědecké poznatky o souvislostech mezi somatoformní disociací a nespokojeností s vlastním tělem v kontextu poruch příjmu potravy. Důraz je také kladen na vymezení psychiatricko-psychologické péče s ohledem na postavení disociace a přístupy, které se zdají být vhodné pro práci s mužskou populací. V empirické části je představen návrh výzkumu, který se zabývá ověřením vztahu mezi somatoformní disociací a nespokojeností s vlastním tělem u mužů s poruchou příjmu potravy. This bachelor thesis examines the relationship between somatoform dissociation and body dissatisfaction in men with eating disorders. This issue suffers from relatively significant shortcomings in terms of the male population, as in the past it has been predominantly investigated in female patients with eating disorders. In the introduction to the theoretical part, eating disorders are briefly introduced. For the purposes of this thesis, the focus is primarily on anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder. Different aspects of these illnesses are discussed from a gender perspective, including the potential risks of stigmatising eating disorders as feminine illnesses. Current scientific evidence on the links between somatoform dissociation and body dissatisfaction in the context of eating disorders is presented. Emphasis is also placed on the delineation of psychiatric-psychological care with regard to the importance of dissociation and approaches that seem appropriate for working with the male population. The empirical part presents a research design to examine the relationship between somatoform dissociation and body dissatisfaction in men with eating disorders.
