Tato diplomová práce se věnuje především pracovní angažovanosti a jejímu možnému vztahu s prací z domova, případně s hybridním pracovním režimem. Nejprve se v práci podrobněji věnuji pojmu pracovní angažovanost, popisuji zde tři hlavní teoretická pojetí dle autorů Kahna, Maslachové a Leitnera a Schaufeliho s Bakkerem. Následně přibližuji způsoby měření pracovní angažovanosti, dále její důsledky pro pracovní organizace i samotné pracovníky. Na závěr kapitoly popisuji možnosti ovlivnění míry pracovní angažovanosti a vliv osobnostních faktorů. Poté se věnuji práci z domova, opět jejímu teoretickému vymezení a vývoji v minulosti i současnému stavu. Dále je v práci přiblížena současná právní úprava práce z domova České republice. Věnuji pozornost také výhodám i nevýhodám, které práce z domova přináší samotným pracovníkům i jejich pracovním organizacím, zmiňuji i odlišnosti vedení pracovníků z domova. Shrnuji také dosavadní poznatky týkající se pracovní angažovanosti a práce z domova či specifika populace pracovníků v IT oblasti. Následuje empirické šetření, které mělo za cíl ověřit, zda se liší pracovní angažovanost u pracovníků, kteří mají odlišný pracovní režim (práce z kanceláře, práce z domova, hybridní režim). Kapitola obsahuje popis průběhu empirického šetření, použitý dotazník a výsledky... This diploma thesis is mainly devoted to employee engagement and its possible relationship with working from home, or with a hybrid work regime. First of all, in the thesis, I focus on the concept of employee engagement in more detail, here I describe the three main theoretical concepts according to the authors Kahn, Maslach and Leitner and Schaufeli and Bakker. Subsequently, I describe the methods of measuring employee engagement, as well as its consequences for work organizations and the workers themselves. At the end of the chapter, I describe the possibilities of influencing the level of mployee engagement and the influence of personality factors on mployee engagement. After that, I focus on telework, again on its theoretical definition and development. Furthermore, the current legal regulation of telework in the Czech Republic is brought closer in this work. I also pay attention to the advantages and disadvantages that telework brings to the workers themselves and their work organizations, I also mention the differences in the management of workers from home. I also summarize the findings regarding employee engagement and telework or the specifics of the population of workers in the IT field.
