Diplomová práce je zaměřená na posouzení dostupnosti bydlení v Brně – městě a okolních obcí. Teoretická část práce se zabývá členěním pozemků apod. Praktická část se zabývá posouzením dostupnosti bydlení včetně možnosti financování na modelovém příkladě. Modelová situace je zaměřena na rodinu s průměrnými příjmy v ČR s výhledem financování z dlouhodobého hlediska. The diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of housing affordability in Brno - the city and surrounding municipalities. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the division of land, etc. The practical part deals with the assessment of housing affordability, including the possibility of financing on a model example. The model situation is focused on a family with an average income in the Czech Republic with a view to long-term financing.
