Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému odměňování zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti, jejímž cílem je návrh na zlepšení spokojenosti těchto zaměstnanců. Teoretická část přibližuje pro lepší pochopení klíčové pojmy, které jsou následně využity v dalších částech práce. Analytická část zhodnocuje aktuální situaci v rámci systému odměňování zaměstnanců, která je základním podkladem pro návrhovou část. V návrhové části jsou následně vytvořeny změny v systému odměňování zaměstnancům tak, aby zaměstnanci byli lépe motivováni. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the remuneration system of the employees of the selected company, the aim of which is a proposal to improve the satisfaction of these employees. The theoretical part introduces the key concepts for better understanding, which are then used in other parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current situation within the employee remuneration system, which is the basic basis for the design part. The design part then develops changes to the employee reward system to better motivate employees.
