Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení výkonnosti atypického podniku, čímž je příspěvková organizace. K tomu je využita řada metod, u kterých bylo zásadní poznat, zdali mohou být na tento typ podniku použity. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, počínaje teoretickou částí, která definuje základní pojmy a popisuje použité metody. V druhé části jsou metody prakticky použity na vybrané entitě. V poslední části jsou poskytnuta opatření, která mohou v budoucnu sloužit jako doporučení ke zlepšení výkonnosti. The thesis focuses on the ability to increase performance of a non-typical company which in this case is a state funded organization. To accomplish this, there are many methods used but it is essential to test their usability for this type of company. The thesis is divided into three parts, starting with the theoretical part which defines the basic terms and describes used methods. The practical usage of the methods is shown in the second part. Last but not least, there are given measures that can be seen as recommendations to improve company performance in the future.
