Diplomová práca sa zaoberá racionalizáciou čistenia technických plastov. Teoretická časť práce je zameraná na čistotu povrchu v strojárstve a možné metódy čistenia a úpravy povrchu so zameraním na laserové čistenie. Praktická časť práce sa zaoberá porovnaním chemického čistenia s laserovým čistením technických plastov. Výsledkom experimentu je vyhodnotenie času čistenia a drsnosti povrchu (Ra, Rz) čistených materiálov. Na základe výsledku praktickej časti je stanovené technicko-ekonomické zhodnotenie vrátane rozboru navrhnutého riešenia s dopadom na životné prostredie. The thesis deals with the rationalization of cleaning of technical plastics. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on surface cleanliness in engineering and possible methods of cleaning and surface treatment with a focus on laser cleaning. The practical part of the thesis deals with the comparison of chemical cleaning with laser cleaning of engineering plastics. The result of the experiment is the evaluation of cleaning time and surface roughness (Ra, Rz) of the cleaned materials. Based on the result of the practical part, a technical-economic evaluation is determined, including an analysis of the proposed solution with environmental impact.
