Diplomová práce se zabývá průzkumem a analýzou spokojenosti zaměstnanců, motivačním a odměňovacím systémem vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou na základě provedené literární rešerše představeny základní pojmy a faktory zabývající se motivací, spokojeností a odměňováním zaměstnanců. V praktické části je představen vybraný podnik a provedena analýza jeho současného stavu za pomoci dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou v poslední části práce stanoveny návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců a jejich motivace. The diploma thesis deals with the survey and analysis of employee satisfaction, motivation and remuneration system of the selected company. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic terms and factors dealing with motivation, satisfaction and remuneration of employees are introduced on the basis of the literature review. In the practical part, the selected company is introduced and its current state is analyzed with the help of a questionnaire survey and interviews. Based on the established facts, proposals and recommendations leading to increased employee satisfaction and motivation are set in the last part of the thesis.
